Ibelle is an absolutely joy to work with! I have had the privilege of working with her on multiple projects over the years. I have bought, rented and listed rental properties with her. I met Ibelle at an open house she was hosting for the condo next door to mine. I would soon be listing my unit and went over to see "the competition". Ibelle Casanas is truly a gem of a realtor not to mention human being. She recently sold my elderly mother's home and truly went above and beyond in doing so. I have worked with Ibelle in moving my elderly parents. She helped us sell their long time home and downsize and transition to a 55 an over place. Ibelle helped us with Contractors and getting some of their items sold before the move. She was always available anytime we had an issue and helped to solve any issues that came up.
